- 2 Tbsp. cream or milk
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. shortening
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. flour
Directions

1Mix egg yolks, cream and shortening.

2Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt.

3Roll out thin on a floured board.

4Let dry. Roll up and cut into desired size noodles.

5These noodles will keep 6 months in freezer.
