  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 2 pie shells

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Melt margarine and mix with sugar, corn meal, water, vanilla and eggs.

    Add chopped or whole pecans.

    Pour into pie shells and bake 45 minutes.
