  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and salt together.

    Cut in Crisco.

    Blend egg, vinegar and water.

    Add to dry mixture.

    Makes 2 large 2 crust pies or 5 single crusts.

    Any crusts not needed may be frozen and used later.
