  • 6 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar (scant)

Directions

    Cut Crisco and salt into flour (like corn meal).

    Beat eggs, water and vinegar together.

    Pour over flour mixture; with a fork, stir lightly until flour is moist.

    Makes three 2-crust pies or six 9-inch crusts.
