- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cut Crisco into mixture of flour, salt and sugar. Mix water, vinegar and egg. Add to flour mixture. Stir until well mixed. Divide dough into 4 or 5 parts. Roll out thin and use what you need, then freeze any leftover dough. May be thawed and rolled out for quick pies at a later date.
