- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 tsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Blend flour and salt; add water and oil.

2Stir with fork. Form into ball.

3Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper, 12-inches square.

4When dough is rolled out to edges of paper it will be the right size for crust.

5Peel top paper away.

6Fit dough into pan, wax paper side up.

7Remove wax paper.

8Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
