- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
Directions

1Combine egg, water and vinegar or lemon juice.

2Mix the first 5 ingredients with pastry blender, then add the liquids.

3Makes enough crust for 6 single or 3 double pies.

4Can keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.

5Put to room temperature before using.
