- 3 c. all-purpose flour (may use 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 c. whole wheat)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. cold water (this equals 1/3 c.)
Directions

1Cut Crisco into flour until it looks like corn meal.

2Combine beaten egg, water and vinegar.

3Add this to the flour mixture; mix well.

4Freeze.

5Yield: 4 to 5 pie crusts.
