- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1In a large bowl, cut shortening into flour until completely mixed.

3Add white vinegar and cold water.

4Beat together.

5Add liquid to flour mixture; blend until completely mixed.

6Don't worry about overmixing.

7Will be sticky. Place in refrigerator about 1/2 hour.
