  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. plain flour

Directions

    Cut shortening into dry ingredients.

    Beat egg and vinegar. Add water.

    Gradually add to dry ingredients.

    Mix until you can handle.

    Chill before rolling out.
