- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

2Cut in Crisco to crumble consistency.

3Mix together the egg, vinegar and water; add to flour mixture.

4Work together to make dough.

5If dough is too dry, add more water than recipe calls for to make a nice soft dough, but not too sticky.

6Refrigerate dough in wax paper until ready to use, or can use right away.
