- 4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar and salt.

2Add Crisco and mix until ingredients are crumbly.

3In small bowl, beat with fork the egg, vinegar and water.

4Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring until all ingredients are moistened.

5Roll out dough on floured board.

6Will make 2 double crusts and 1 pie shell or 4 pie shells.
