  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 7 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast

Directions

    Mix shortening, sugar, salt and boiling water.

    Add yeast to lukewarm water.

    When dissolved, add eggs and flour; combine all. Let rise 1 hour.

    Make into rolls and let rise, bake at 350°.
