- 3 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 6 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, salt and 1/2 of flour.

3Beat 2 minutes.

4Add eggs and shortening.

5Beat in rest of flour.

6Let rise until double in amount.

7Shape into rolls.

8Place into greased pans.

9Let rise 40 minutes.
-
10Bake in a 400° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
