- 1 large can tomato juice
- 16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 6 c. water
- stew meat, fondue meat or whatever is on special, boned and trimmed
- potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and mixed vegetables
Directions

1Put juice, tomatoes, bouillon, onion, celery, water and meat in crock-pot early in the morning.

2If you're home during the day, stir occasionally.

3Cook on low.

4An hour or so before serving, parboil veggies; drain and add to soup.

5Good soup, better the next day.
