  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • 6 c. water
  • stew meat, fondue meat or whatever is on special, boned and trimmed
  • potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and mixed vegetables

    Put juice, tomatoes, bouillon, onion, celery, water and meat in crock-pot early in the morning.

    If you're home during the day, stir occasionally.

    Cook on low.

    An hour or so before serving, parboil veggies; drain and add to soup.

    Good soup, better the next day.
