- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 3 beaten egg whites
- juice and grated rind of 1 orange
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine beaten yolks, both juices and rind.

2Add all other ingredients except the whites and beat well.

3Finally fold in the beaten whites.

4Pour into souffle or other baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350°.

5Serve hot or cold.
