- 1 chicken breast (shredded)
- 1 chopped green chili
- 1 red chili sauce
- 1 green chili sauce
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 shredded colby jack cheese
Directions

1hollow out the top part of the brioche so it makes a bowl.

2heat and mix the shredded chicken with your chopped green chili

3butter and heat your corn tortillas.

4put your first tortilla under your brioche bowl.

5put green chili chicken mix in the brioche bowl, then put your other tortilla atop that.

6shave the crust from the bottom of your brioche bun.

7place atop the tortilla.

8smother half of it with green chili sauce and the other half with red chili sauce.

9then melt your cheese on top of that.
