  • 1 chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1 red chili sauce
  • 1 green chili sauce
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1 shredded colby jack cheese

    hollow out the top part of the brioche so it makes a bowl.

    heat and mix the shredded chicken with your chopped green chili

    butter and heat your corn tortillas.

    put your first tortilla under your brioche bowl.

    put green chili chicken mix in the brioche bowl, then put your other tortilla atop that.

    shave the crust from the bottom of your brioche bun.

    place atop the tortilla.

    smother half of it with green chili sauce and the other half with red chili sauce.

    then melt your cheese on top of that.
