  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese (16 oz.)
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. green onions
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 doz. corn tortillas
