Ingredients

  • 2 c. small new potatoes, quartered, skins on
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/4 (scant) tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • dash of garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Saute potatoes until golden; add mushrooms; continue to saute until mushrooms begin to brown.

    Mix 2 tablespoons white wine with enough water to make 1/2 cup; pour over potatoes and other ingredients.

    Cover and let simmer until tender (stir occasionally).

    Cooking time approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
