- 2 c. small new potatoes, quartered, skins on
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/4 (scant) tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- dash of garlic powder
- black pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Saute potatoes until golden; add mushrooms; continue to saute until mushrooms begin to brown.

2Mix 2 tablespoons white wine with enough water to make 1/2 cup; pour over potatoes and other ingredients.

3Cover and let simmer until tender (stir occasionally).

4Cooking time approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
