- 1 1/2 pounds cavatappi noodles
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- Butter
- 1/4 flour
- 1 pound swiss
- 1 pound Monterey jack
- Crispy bacon
- Spicy Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 basil
- 2 tsps rosemary
- Ground pepper
- Salt
- Cup parmesan panko bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375

2Grease baking dish, sprinkle bottom with bread crumbs

3Large pot salted water to boil, cook pasta until al dente, drain & set aside

4Pour milk in saucepan and simmer

5Melt butter over medium heat, combine with milk. Add flour and stir. Cook for two minutes until sauce thickens, remove from heat, combine with cheese, half of bacon, mustard, herbs and pepper. Season to taste with salt. Add noodles and combine. Pour into baking dish.

6Combine remaining bread crumbs and bacon. Top Mac and cheese with a dot of butter.

7Place in oven until golden brown -45 minutes.
