- 1 cup Queso Fresco, Crumbled
- 1 whole Egg, At Room Temperature
- 1 cup White Rice Flour
- 1/3 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 45 seconds.

2Pour in a well greased muffin cup and place in the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the biscuits are slightly golden on top.
