- 1/2 c. fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut up or 2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. halved seedless red grapes
- 1/2 c. toasted walnut pieces
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 c. lemon yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Directions

1In a large bowl, gently toss together pineapple, apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and kiwi.

2In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, yogurt and honey.

3Fold gently into fruit mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

4Makes 6 to 8 servings, each containing 210 calories and 2 grams saturated fat.
