Raspberry Salad

  • 10 oz. box Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 small box Raspberry Jello
  • 1 c. Boiling Water
  • 1 c. Applesauce
  • 1 c. Sour Cream
  • 2 c. Miniature Marshmallows

Directions

    Thaw raspberries.

    Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
  3. 3
    Stir in applesauce, raspberries and juice.

    When Jello has set, spread with mixture of sour cream and marshmallows.

    Let stand for several hours in refrigerator before serving so flavors can blend. Serve on leaf lettuce if desired.
