Ingredients

  • 6 sardines (1 can, I usually use Holmes)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup green onion, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 inch gingerroot, peeled and minced (1 inch may be too much for some)
  • soy sauce (to taste)
  • chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Directions

    Place add all ingredients in small pan.

    Heat until done.

    Serve over hot rice.
