- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)

1Boil chicken until done.

4In a casserole dish, combine chicken, bay leaf, ginger, onion, red pepper, tomatoes and broth.
