   Place Karo and sugar in large saucepan.

   Mix well and heat until boiling.

   Stir in peanut butter until well blended.

   Remove from fire.

   Add cornflakes and mix until cereal is coated. Immediately drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.

   Makes 4 dozen. Store in airtight container.
