- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. blanched whole almonds
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in spices.

2Add almonds and cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Add pecans, stirring until coated.

4Spread in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.

5Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

6Remove from oven; cool.
