  • 1 (7 oz.) bag malted Whoppers, crushed
  • 1 qt. Neopolitan ice cream
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • angel food or pound cake, cut into 8 rounds

Directions

    Whip cream, using 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla, until it stands in peaks.

    Place cake rounds on cookie sheet.

    On each piece of cake, place 1 scoop ice cream.

    Mound whipped cream over ice cream, covering completely.

    Sprinkle crushed Whoppers over tops and sides of each mound.

    Freeze until firm.

    Serves 8.
