No-Bake Bars

- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine.

3Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat.

4Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.

5Stir in oats and coconut.

6(Add more oats if you do not want coconut.)

7Pour into prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate.

8Cut into bars.

9Store in refrigerator. Makes approximately 36 bars.
