  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packages cool whip
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 1 9 inch graham cracker crust

    mix softened cream cheese, lemon juice and cool whip until well blended.

    Then add sugar and vanilla flavoring; blend well.

    Pour mixture into pie crust; you can add any fruit on top, if desired.

    Refrigerate for at lease 3-4 hours or until desired thickness; it is even better after being refrigerated for 24 hours.

    Then cut and enjoy.
