- 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- flaked coconut
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine and stir in sugar.

2Add juice and rind.

3Heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

4Stir in the oats and nuts.

5Chill mixture for an hour.

6Shape into balls.

7Roll balls in coconut flakes.
