- 4 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best)
- 12 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 13 cup water or 13 cup milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
