- 8 oz. rice
- 2 qt. milk
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place rice in saucepan.

2Cover with one inch of water.

3Bring to a boil and simmer rice until it absorbs water.

4Add 1 3/4 quarts milk and cook slowly until rice is tender.

5Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.

6Add to rice mixture.

7Cook until thick.

8Use a wire whisk vigorously, it makes it creamy.

9Add raisins.
-
10Be very careful.

11Do not cook fast, it will scorch and burn.
