- 1 pkg. sliced sandwich ham (6 to 8 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
- 3 to 5 Tbsp. cubed sweet pickles
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Drain and pat dry ham slices.

2In bowl combine softened cream cheese, pickles and spices.

3Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.

4Spread thin layer of mixture over slice of ham and roll up.

5Place toothpick in roll about every 1/2 inch (6 to 8 per roll) and place on cookie sheet.

6Continue until all of mixture is used.

7Place roll-ups in refrigerator overnight or at least 2 to 4 hours.

8When cream cheese mixture becomes firm, slice between toothpicks for bite-size servings.

9May be garnished with olives, cheese, radishes, etc.
