No-Bake Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sliced sandwich ham (6 to 8 oz.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
  • 3 to 5 Tbsp. cubed sweet pickles
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Drain and pat dry ham slices.

    In bowl combine softened cream cheese, pickles and spices.

    Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Spread thin layer of mixture over slice of ham and roll up.

    Place toothpick in roll about every 1/2 inch (6 to 8 per roll) and place on cookie sheet.

    Continue until all of mixture is used.

    Place roll-ups in refrigerator overnight or at least 2 to 4 hours.

    When cream cheese mixture becomes firm, slice between toothpicks for bite-size servings.

    May be garnished with olives, cheese, radishes, etc.
