- 12 medium cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper or 1 jar pimentos
- 1 green pepper
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Slice cucumbers, onion and peppers into a bowl.

2Add salt. Let stand for 3 hours or overnight.

3Rinse well.

4Make brine of vinegar and sugar; pour over pickles.

5Keep refrigerated.

6Store in any jar with rubber seal inside.
