- 6 egg whites
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Grease muffin pans.

2Preheat oven to 375°.

3In large bowl, mix at medium speed, egg whites until frothy.

4Beat in milk and margarine until blended.

5Add flour and beat until batter is smooth.

6Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.

7Bake 50 minutes then make a small slit in top of each popover to let out steam.

8Bake 5 minutes longer.
