  • 1 pt. onions
  • 5 pods hot peppers
  • 1 qt. cabbage
  • 5 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. vinegar

Directions

    Chop first 4 ingredients fine; measure after chopping.

    Mix salt, sugar and vinegar.

    Pour over chopped vegetables.

    Let stand 6 hours.

    Pour into small jars.
