  • 1/3 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine frosting mix, corn syrup, vanilla and boiling water in bowl; beat until stiff peaks form.

    Put in larger bowl and beat on low speed, gradually adding sugar.

    Add nuts.

    Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper.
