- 3 cups prepared mango (about 4 mangos)
- 5 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 box Certo Pectin Crystals

1Peel and pit mangos.

2Mash fruit.

3Measure exactly 3 cups prepared fruit into large bowl.

4Add sugar and lemon juice; mix well.

5Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.

6Combine water and pectin crystals in small saucepan.

7Bring to boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.

8Add to fruit mixture; stir 3 min.

9or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.

10(A few sugar crystals may remain.)

11Fill all containers immediately to within 1/4 inch of tops.
