  • 7 c. sliced cucumbers (do not peel)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped sweet pepper
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • large glass jars

Directions

    Pack first 3 ingredients into glass jars.

    Mix together sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed.
