- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 4 tilapia fillets (about 1 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
Directions

1In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

2Spoon over the fish fillets.

3Broil on a greased baking sheet 6 inches from the heat for 8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

4To serve, whisk together the lemon juice, mustard and dill weed.

5Drizzle over the fish.
