- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 extra large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. dairy sour cream
- strawberries, raspberries or other fruit of your choice
Directions

1Beat together cheese, 2/3 cup of the sugar, eggs and 1/2 teaspoon of the vanilla until smooth.

2Pour mixture into buttered 9-inch pie plate.

3Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until puffy and brown around edges.

4When done, it should spring back when lightly touched in the center.

5Cool cheesecake at room temperature 20 minutes.

6It will sink slightly during this period.
