  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 oz. can coconut

    Melt margarine; add sugar, flour, eggs, milk and vanilla.
