  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can Pet milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a blender for about 4 seconds or use mixer for about 2 minutes.

    Bake in well-greased and floured 9-inch glass pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 325°.

    For variety, add 1/2 cup coconut.
