- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 4 whole Large, Pitted Dates
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
- 4 whole Frozen Bananas
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 dash Sea Salt
Directions

1For the crust: Put almonds, walnuts, dates and cocoa in a food processor and mix until a sticky crust forms.

2Add more dates or a touch of water if mixture is too dry.

3Remove crust from food processor and place in an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

4For the filling: Put bananas, cocoa and a dash of sea salt into food processor.

5Mix well until an ice cream texture is formed.

6Pour banana mixture into baking dish.

7Place in freezer for about 30 minutes prior to serving.

8Store in freezer.
