- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt (less if using salted butter)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1/3 c. plus milk
- flour
- 1 egg plus 1 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Whip 1 cup softened butter.

2Gradually add 1/3 plus cup milk. Mix flour with salt and sugar.

3Add flour mix.

4Do not overmix. Consistency should be coherent, but not too sticky dough.

5(Can finish mixing with hands.)

6Let rest 1 hour minimum in ball.

7Roll out with minimum of flour on floured surface.

8Brush with egg mixture.

9Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on top if wanted.
