- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Blend shortening and dry ingredients.

2Beat other ingredients and add to dry, blending with a fork until moistened.

3Mold dough into 4 or 5 balls.

4Chill well (a must!) as dough is very soft. Dough keeps in refrigerator 3 days or may be frozen.
