No Fail Thanksgiving Turkey

Ingredients
- 12 to 15 lb. turkey
- 1 loaf stale bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. celery, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 3 eggs or egg substitute
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Defrost turkey in refrigerator.

2Remove neck and giblets.

3Wash turkey in cool water.

4Pat dry.

5Melt margarine in large pan. Saute chopped liver until no longer pink.

6Add onion, celery and parsley and saute until soft.

7Add bread cubes and mix.

8Add beaten eggs or egg substitute.

9Mix well.

10Generously sprinkle turkey cavities with salt.

11Spoon in stuffing, but do not pack. Brush outside of turkey with melted margarine.

12Place in roaster on rack.

13Cover with foil tent.

14Refer to turkey packaging for proper cooking times.
