- 3 c. fresh blackberries, crushed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered pectin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

2Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat; stir 3 minutes. Immediately pour spread into freezer containers, leaving 1/2 inch headspace; cover at once with lids.

4Cool to room temperature. Freeze.
