  • 3 c. fresh blackberries, crushed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered pectin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat; stir 3 minutes. Immediately pour spread into freezer containers, leaving 1/2 inch headspace; cover at once with lids.
