- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 3 egg whites or 2 1/4 tsp. egg replacer, mixed in 1/4 c. water
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
